So, My radiator support/body is rusty af. Is that welded in? I've Never actually had to deal with this issue before now, and have no idea. 02 EB roof splitting
After re-caulking the roof it isn't leaking anymore. Definitely gonna get it welded shut at some point, but for now the caulk will do just fine for me. Gonna scrape it and clean it up a little then wire brush it and run white marine silicone. That'll hold for a while!- 98Sexpedition

Yeah, it isn't leaking(yet) but with it being squashed like it is I'm worried that it will not push fluid thru as it's supposed to and overheat the transmission. 02 EB Transmission Cooler?
So my girl hit a hydrant and crushed what looks like/I'm assuming is the transmission cooler mounted to the body? The one that is crushed in the pic is on the passenger side of the front end. Infamous "rubbing noise"
I'm assuming that its the u-joints... kind of like a rubbing/rumbling/grinding type of noise. Only does it on acceleration from a stop. Need Help FAST!!
Its done. I had all the parts, didn't wanna take the radiator out to get the shroud ou. So, I cut the bottom out. Gonna plastic weld back together. Pics after new rims and tires are on- 98Sexpedition

Ok, soooooo...I'm not gonna buy anything else right now. So, I'm gonna have to figure out how to notch the shroud then? any pics or suggestions that I can find? I'm trying to get this thing back together with minimal modification.- 98Sexpedition

Ok, I figured out how to get the mounts out and drilled in the front. One side is lifted. Now, my problem is the fan shroud. I cant seem to get the fan shroud to go down. Does the shroud have to be cut? Notched?- 98Sexpedition

Im body lifting right now. Front Left body mount bolt broke off. All the others are off. I dont know WTF im doing. Need to know if the mounts need to be drilled to half inch for the PA 3" lift.
