    Truck won't come out of park.

    On my 97 once upon a time a wire broke in the harness under the left side of the dash. that told the truck the brakes were on. Hence it wouldnt come out of park unless i did it in neutral with the key on acc. Be careful on an incline in case im wrong. Awful pain in the rear to find and fix.

    The CEL finally came back on ... yup ... PL304 cylinder 4 misfire ... FML ... since I am broke I am going to have to go against most advice and replace the coil packs one at a time ... Hopefully I can manage to do this myself ... It just has to be #4 too dont it ...
