    Engine swap

    1998 EB 5.4 has 280000. 2000 EB 5.4 has 450000, 2003 EB 5.4 has 120000. coil packs belts plugs and hoses the only things replaced on the older two. Can't agree that its unreliable.

    Hamfisted- Where do you have the electronics for the HIDs mounted? Do the HIDs generate a lot of heat?

    Has anyone had any luck with finding LED projector lense headlights for a 2003-2006 Expy? Looking for better lighting and don't want to take the route of just sticking LED bulbs in the factory holes and blinding other drivers...

    Swollen Lug Nuts

    simple solution...toss the chrome plated factory POS lug nuts in the trash (or better yet store them in a bag to swap back on when you sell your Expy) and invest 120+ bucks in some Gorilla nuts...when you are on the side of the road trying to change a flat you'll truly appreciate them

    Lug Nuts

    Gorilla Nuts...have had a set that I've used for years on my three Expys...swapped them off the old one and put them on the new one each time...cost about $120 or so for full set if I recall, is a good investment to avoid roadside strandings IMO...

    rear vent windows

    trying to track down the problem I am having with the switch for my rear vent windows on my 1998. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix the problem of them working sporadically?
