99 EB transmission and rear end.
With 2WD most likely an E40D, 1st. get a new overflow tank cap at 130K mine failed and entire cooling system failed,it needs correct pressure/venting. replace t-stat, (STAY OEM on T-Stat temp..),and then get the fluids changed, if you have time/$ change diff fluid also, my rear diff failed at...- dgna5

pop from tranny and now leaking
Check cooling Lines? also 2 yrs ago when warm I was DUMPING Tranny fluid ti was the TQ (torque conv.) Never heard ne "POP" but I drive like a damn fool and always have music loud. Except after I just worked on her)..- dgna5

AWD 4X4 pulls hard to Right HELP!!
I have been on a road trip from hell replaced my 1-2 shift piston ON the Road!! Ne way I have not found any cause from outer axle,bearings etc. I am pulling Frt. Diff apart this weekend I will report and try to take pics,- dgna5

5.4 swap
They should have been both 2v mods so prolly not much 1st what transmission does truck have vs expe and also resurch gearing in rear end.Also are they both 4X4. Transmission and such will effect tuning differences other then that? 99 expe is a Gen 2 expe I believe so there may b more diff. Like...- dgna5

AWD 4X4 pulls hard to Right HELP!!
Yes '97 1st Nice rig tony flyin removed all 4tires (on lift) and ran thru 2wd small ringing noise like a slight sticking starter then put in AWD Major vibration frt. Can someone please help or any suggestions
Drive Shaft Resonance ?? Bad Pinion Seal/Bearings Bad X-Fer Case Shaft Seal/Bearings Bad U-Joints, Can U move the drive shaft in any way shouldn't move side to side, Stupid Question but is there Fluid in Diff and Transfercase? Sounds like Either a Cupped Tire like a Dip in tread or the opposite...- dgna5

4.6 instead of 5.4
With bolt ons and tuning a 4.6L is good. The trannies used 4R7XW and the E40D should all just "bolt up" to any MOD motor the major prob. may be the electronics and tuning I.E. o2 sensors MAF Throttle posistion etc. Look up the mustang Guys they do Amazing Swaps and rebuilds with the 4.6, I have...- dgna5

AWD 4X4 pulls hard to Right HELP!!
I have done literally Days of searching 10+Hrs. I can find many answers about a Brake or (end link ties etc.) cause of pulling on acceleration/braking BUT.. When I engage 4X4 ,(any mode AWD ,4-H, 4-L,). the truck immediately pulls hard to the right more like an intermediate Jerk, at any speed...- dgna5
