Intermittent Crank - No - Start Issue
I just fixed a similar issue with my 03 expy ( 5.4 ). It would start mostly, but it died intermittently. If I pulled over and restarted the expy it would start fine. Just last week it finally would not start at all. I had no error codes. After looking around and doing some problem...- pmlock1

Rattling Noise from Driver-Side Door
I have the same issue with rattling from the driver door. I took my door panel off to do some PD work and noticed the actuator to unlock/lock the door was loose, thus the rattling noise. My power locks do now work for the driver door so I'm waiting for a new actuator before I pull the old...- pmlock1

Extra key & keypad code on the door
tbird610 et all, I just found mine on my 2003 Expy. I dropped the glovebox out first. Then with a flash flight look up into the back corner and you should see a black box w/a white sticker on it. You should see a fcc id if you look at the small font. The master code is the larger font...- pmlock1
