Ps Pump ??
Steering is getting hard to turn at idle I have to use 2 hands to turn wheel. No fluid leaking. Once driving it's ok. But at first cornering is hard then it's real easy In the steering wheel. Is it Possible pump is on it's way out? Truck has 156k . Oem pump.- Blwnl36

Heat/ac selector switch
This am I warmed up expo and after 15 mins to my surprise it was cold. Heat selector switch was all the way to hot. Blowing cold air. I turned switch all the way cold then back to hot. Heard the blend motor actuate and close door. Heat started working. My question is what is on it's way out? The...- Blwnl36

Can I level front end on 98 expy with some sort of tool?
does cranking the torsion bars up alitle in the front mess anything up? Ive heard guys do this alot. Im looking for like 1 Inch. just want the front alittle higher...What do u guys think?- Blwnl36

Clunk noise found, what is this arm called?
Bringing the Thread back to Life! My 03 does this. I havent looked under it. Ive looked up fisches on the computer and it just looks like a support brace thats bolted. Maybe the bolts are loose? Either way im going to get under it today and look. ill let you guys know what i find out.- Blwnl36

front end issues.....2H to A4WD....

Hub engaging?
It sound like my front drivers hub is engaging in 2 wheel drive. As im driving it will grind and then pop. SOunding like its engaging. If i put the truck in AWD it wont do it. Any ideas here? Also, on my Spring their is oil residue on it where it bolts to the lower control arm. The front diff...- Blwnl36

Air to Coil Conversion
The rears in my 03 went out too. I got the coilovers from suncore. What a great ride. To me it feels better then the Air ride. And looks better sitting normal in the driveway too. Now, if only i can get the message off the dic without hitting the rest button!- Blwnl36

shudder at specific rpm
my truck does it too. but below 1k rpm in od. When driving and steeping on the accelerator and truck wont Downshift from OD and rpms are below 1k it seem to buck. none answered me yet. Hopefully its the same issue- Blwnl36

actually im wrong. that piece is the inside of the door panel. I need the piece on the door. your breakdown does not show it. Do you have another breakdown that would show it?- Blwnl36
