My first thought was a bent wheel. But he OP states he changed out wheels with new tires and it didn't correct the issue. If there was a wheel issue, I would have expected the Tire shop to discover that during the "balancing" process. Given all the information above, did you have the wheels...- 98nhexpy

08 expedition limited mirror marker bulb replacement

No Heat
While my 98 EB Expy does not have the rear A/C-Heat, I did have a blend door issue during this past summer. These are very common failures...so I would recommend that you first confirm the actuator motor and vane are indeed moving properly.- 98nhexpy
