Can't fuel 2003.
Out of the blue it has started to fuel correctly, idk possibly spiderweb in line? Thanks for all the info.- Council2

Can't fuel 2003.
I have tried filling squeezing a touch, halfway squeeze, full squeeze. Non work. I can fill from a 5 gallon gas can with no issue.- Council2

Can't fuel 2003.
Every time I try to gas up I insert the fuel nozzle and squeeze, click it shuts off. Only way I can fuel is from 5 gallon gas can. I am guessing it has something to do with the evap. system. Just not sure what part or where to start.- Council2

Ford door jamb switch replacement....
Sprayed some WD in for first try it worked, but will tear down when it gets warm enough to mess with as long as it keeps working for now. Thank you for the info and the pics, very helpful!- Council2

03 factory amp wiring?
Been trying to find wiring diagram for factory amp on a 03 expidition xlt. Wanting to find out if amp has terminals for third set of speakers. Have front and middle but no speakers in rear, if I can find diagram I should be able to add 2 - 10s ran off a Carver 2120 amp. Any info would be great!- Council2

Gas Milage....
Just seems weird to me that it doesnt do better on highway milage, when I bought it it was getting 15.1, just return from highway trip, and has went as low as 12.2 now sits around 13.6 or so no matter how I drive it. BTW it is 4 wheel drive also. Thanks for the replys I guess it is normalish...lol- Council2

Plastic trim fading on '04
The best product I found for the faded trim is by Eagle One.....Nano Wax GEL made just for trim I use it on mine and works great only downfall is that it is only temp fix to you need to apply again. -
Gas Milage....
Just wandering what kind of milage you guys are getting out of your rides? I have a 2003 Expidition XLT city I get around 13.2 but highway I get around 13.8. Seems odd to me that highway is so poor. I have only had truck for about 4 mths so I don't know if this is normal or not? 4.6 L. All...- Council2

Thanks but mine does not have sub jack and perfer it to be a non-working unit, I only 2 little springs out of it to get mine repaired. -

Do you still happen to have your broken radio/cd changer? mine has broken also but after tearing it apart was able to find the issue, but I need parts from non working unit. So if you or someone else has non working one I would be really interested. Thank you. -
Humming...noise from air intake?
I tried cleaning it but to no avail. So picked up a new one and replaced, been a week and problem solved thanks for the help!- Council2

2003 xlt 4.6 I am getting a random humming coming from the air intake once in awhile. If I accelerate the noise will stop until I go back to an idle, sometimes itdoes not make the noise sometime it does. Have check filter and that does not seem to be the issue. Anyone had similar or know of...- Council2
