Front end annoying clunking noise
I have the same issue in a 2000 when I take out the front drive shaft it goes away. I have tried 2 new driveshafts to no avail put driveshaft back in noise comes back so for now I have a 2wd. I was think front rear but no clue- akosundalo98

2000 expedition banging noise
2000 Expedition clunking/banging noise from front not all the time off and on take front drive shaft out goes away universals are good installed a new drive shaft same thing also when clunking/banging sound happens feels like the truck wobbles like there is a lump or something in tire any info- akosundalo98

2000 expy front end clunking
I have a 2000 expedition the problem is that I have a thudding noise coming from the front end I take the drive shaft out goes away it only does it sometimes so its come and go usually at slow speeds then once accelerated goes away almost like a binding and slipping affect put new driveshaft in...- akosundalo98
