Radio & A/C buttons not lit
I have searched to no avail. The lights for the buttons on the radio and a/c are blowing out slowly. Can these lights be replaced or is it a soldering issue somewhere? 02 EB 5.4L- bottomgun33

Heater Core issue & hesitation
Water sound is back. WTF?? I found where Ford issued a TSB (01-15-6) for repeated heater core replacements. It says to check for electrolysis before installing restrictors which is the last resort. My apologies on the late reply. As for the water sound in the dash, it turns out that the OEM Heater Core had a restrictor installed. Firestone installed a restrictor in one of the hoses and all is well again. Firestone is the one who did the replacement last year and "only" charged me $650...- bottomgun33

Heater Core issue & hesitation
I had my heater core replaced 9K miles ago and am now hearing liquid sloshing around in the dash. Nothing is leaking out onto the floor. Cats?
I have a bad rattle from the underside of my 2002 5.4L. It goes away when I rev the engine to about 100rpm over idle. Local mechanic said it is my cats and wants to replace all at about $1700.
