I just did mine it took me 8 hours labor and $180 in parts i could do it in half the time now i know were everything is at thats the price the dealer gave me $2400.00 i told them to f*** off the whole kit with tensioners and chain is only 180.00 dollars
Did you leave the bolt in the cylinder lol well you probaly will need new valves and possibly a piston probaly not a whole engine unless it scored up you cylinder in the block
Ok well if compression is good i think you might have a bad inake manifold gasket or a cracked intake mainifold take a close look at the plastic manifold and check for cracks in it along the side your miss is coming from

on the right side fuel rail theres a fuel pressure sencor with a vaccum hose atached to it make pop it off and make sure your getting pressure out of it also its kind of a pain on these engines to check pressure but turn the car over a few times and then take the sencor off it should hiss out...
