    I doubt it's any type of vacuum solenoid, as it's a metallic sound. I will check the bearings.

    Drown the door hinges in WD-40. Have had to do this to a handful of vehicles regardless of make or age. Hell, my dad's 09 Caddy CTS had this issue on the pass side door, except he made the dealer fix it under warranty.

    My 01 explorer has the same rattle and i've yet to figure out what it is. The squeak can be fixed by lubricating and the track and cable as Matt said.
