I get 14 on regular gas, dropped to 10.4 on E85. It was almost 30% cheaper cost wise, but it was still a losing proposition due to cost (per mile cost of E85 was higher than regular gas) and more frequent fill ups (time going to gas station and pumping 30 gallons of fuel).
I've had Suburbans and Yukons for over 10 years. I looked at Ford because of politics. I bought a Ford because of price, ventilated seats, and the fold flat 3rd row. Favorite thing about it today remains the fold flat 3rd row is so convenient.
The arrows on the frame make jack placment easy. I was on flat ground in a well lit parking lot.
I am buying a bottle jack to keep in the Expi, seems like it will be safer.
I had to change the tire on my 2012 Expi EL, and after starting to jack the truck up it became increasingly difficult and some odd noises coming from the jack made me stop and call roadside assistance. I have changed many tires in my day - and have never questioned the safety of the car jack...
