Thanks for the heads-up. I may just sand these pitted lenses down to make them look good again and throw some halogens back in there. I have several other projects I need to complete before we move so I'll have to wait on projectors. I wouldn't mind trying it down the road so I'll keep your...
@Brennan - Apologies for never responding as I quit checking the forums. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as I was expecting as I only had to swap out the thermostat and the corresponding gaskets for the crossover pipe. I thing I did mess up was I ended up breaking the heads off of one of the...
Before I invest in these, would you say these would have the same issue? Is there no way to correct it?

So I believe the coolant is leaking from where the crossover pipe meets the manifold. Either the gasket is torn or the manifold deteriorated at this location.
I'm assuming I can reuse the crossover pipe as the part number I'm finding doesn't seem to include the crossover pipe. Does anyone...
So I'm pretty sure we have a manifold coolant leak on our 2012. Haven't been able to determine yet if it's the manifold itself or if it's the bypass tube underneath the manifold. Is this "normal" on a Expy with 148K miles on it? Anyone have any experience doing this work to ascertain the...
They physically fit on the lugs but to me it looks like they don't bite enough of the wheel when they seat.
I've read they work pretty well on aftermarket wheels but mine are OEM hence why I was wondering if I picked up the wrong set or if I have to buy OEM ones.
Howdy ya'll,
I tried looking through the forum and on Google but I couldn't get a definitive answer. I bought some replacement lugnuts for our 2012 EL Limited but I'm afraid their the wrongs one. The one I bought are listed below...
We've stuck with Michelin ever since we bought our Expedition. Proper tire inflation and rotation are key to the longevity of any tire you decide to put on your vehicle.
Thanks for the tip on Centric and Hawk. Looking to do all 4 corners on ours in a week or so. Has anyone else tried any other brands with good success? Just curious.
^ This is what I had in mind originally.
Dib, so is the K&N breathing hot air from the engine compartment? This is one of the reasons I wanted to keep the OEM airbox.
It wouldn't mind the noise from the intake (hell my little Mazda is pretty loud) but the wife drives this around the most so I need to keep her happy so I can keep on modding.
Alright... I was originally going to go with 285/55-20 but after breaking out the calculator and doing more math this evening than I've done in the last 10 years I've decided to go with the Nitto Terra Grappler AT in 305/50-20. I used 2 different tire and wheel calculators and according to both...
Ah, good point.
If you're not rubbing on 305/40-22 then 305/50-20 should not rub either. The 305/50-20 is about 2/5" taller according to a wheel and tire fitment calculator I found.
This is one of the worst OEM intakes I have seen in a while. Those "appendages" that I have highlighted in a red square are supposed to act as resonators to silence the air going in through the intake which I feel is totally useless. It's not like the air is going to be going at 200mph through...
