Sorry for the lack of update I truly appreciate everyones input. Was all very helpful. Well after going through the electrical diagram and jumping the relays as suggested it turns out it was in fact the GEM module. I took it to a local mechanic and he confirmed it. Stamp... Ive replaced the fuse for the accessories and also the Acc Delay relay. I also replaced the 30 amp fuse in the power distribution block under the hood. I went ahead and put in a new ACC delay relay and still nothing. Im sure I could figure the prints out . I have a chilton book and thats where I was able to start tracing the circuit- GeorgeT

How do you check the ACC Delay Relay? I replaced the fuses and the circuit breaker that was in the 601 spot. Ive done all the troubleshooting I can think of but still nothing. Went to town yesterday and everything was fine but when we came home I noticed the windows wouldnt do anything.
