Charged up the battery on my 1999 XLT and now most of the circuits are inoperative. Truck had been setting this winter, battery is fully charged and manintained. THe Relay 1 had severe clicking (overhead lights) so I pulled it. Electric seats work but nothing else does. Nothing on dashboard...
