Misfire in 3rd @ 3300 rpm
So, my 2005 4wd expy with 5.4, 120k has decided to throw a P0301 code just before the shift out from 3 to OD. Typically in a passing or acceleration situation. All plugs and coils were replaced at 108K, and #1 was re-replaced when this started. I can avoid it by easy acceleration. Any ideas?- bill92250

05 4x4 front drive line noise
Horrible clanking noise started coming from the under the Expy today. Sounds like you're dragging last nights pans, fairly rhythmic, also like the old playing card in the bike spokes. Really seems to be coming from front drive line => putting into 4wd shuts it up. Is it the transfer case? or...- bill92250

front seat replacement?
The front seat bottoms in my 2005 XLT have basically had it. The side bolsters are flat and a seam on the drivers side has opened. Has anybody dealt with this issue? have any good ideas for solutions? Should I just take it to an upholsterer and see what they say? Too many butts sliding in... -

2005 wont engage 4 wheel low
My 05 wont engage 4x4 low. It goes in to high range, but not low. both lights come on at start up.- bill92250
