2004 Eddie Bauer 5.4 liter A/C blows hot only on hot days
I’ve done that. The thing I can’t get into my brain is there’s no problem as long as the temperature is appx 85° or less it works just fine. But when I get into the 90’s and shut it off it’ll just blow hot, usually til the next morning. It’s got to be something maybe under the hood that is...- jleroy68

2004 Eddie Bauer 5.4 liter A/C blows hot only on hot days
Compressor not turning if I shut engine off after driving enough to get engine hot, and restart on any day over about 90°. If I leave it running it’ll stay cold but the second I turn it off and restart hot air only. Fine on days below 80-85°?- jleroy68

2005 EB 4X2 A/C Air Conditioning blows room temp
Hot A/C air My 04 Expedition Eddie Bauer started blowing hot about a year ago, heard/felt a slight hesitation when I started it just before I noticed the hot air blowing. Turned out to be fuse number 11. Today while driving realized it was blowing hot again. All fuses good. Read your reply...- jleroy68
