Prior to the IAC and Throttle Body I got, 9.5 to 12.3 depending on my foot.
After the parts I get 11.4 to 12.9 city and as high as 16.4 HWY.
I bought a used Throttle body from ebay about $70 with shipping. The IAC I bought locally for about $30 (Napa, I think)

2002 AWD 5.4L Paying attention to my foot I got 16.4 on a long trip. In the city I get 12.4.
When I first got my EXP I got 9mpg. Found out I had a bad IAC. Idled at 1200rpm. Replaced that and now I feel much better about my MPG.
Thank you both. With the exception of some crazy bar on the bottom, my bracket looks the same as both of yours. I guess I have a different problem that keeps the CC cable popping off.
