Oil Leak - Is this Bad?
I wonder if, with only the front cover off, it is possible to do the chain guides and tensioners (without removing the timing chains or the valve covers). At the least, they will be able to see the condition of the chain guides.- gimmesomecoffee

Oil Leak - Is this Bad?
I believe a common leak is the oil filter adapter gasket. I had this problem (2011 expy 4wd) and the fix was fiddly/tricky but successful (2wd is easy apparently). Now the car doesn't drip any oil at all.- gimmesomecoffee

08 stuck in park again
My '11 got stuck in park because the brake pedal switch got flaky then failed. Ite gearshift wouldn't "unlock" when I stepped on the brake pedal. Super easy fix with $35 replacement brake pedal switch from AutoZone.- gimmesomecoffee

Thump when stopping and sometimes when taking off
Observe underneath the car while somebody in the driver's seat holds the brakes while shifting between drive and reverse. (to calm your nerves, chalk the wheels or raise wheels off the ground) I had the infamous rear diff mount thump that was very similar to what you described. Relatively...- gimmesomecoffee
