    Works just fine. I get the flashing "Theft" light for a few minutes. As far as I know, the super duties didn't have PATS systems. SO I think it's just telling me the PATS is disabled. Oh bummer! /sarcasm

    Clutch master/slave assembly is off of a Super Duty. The only F-150 parts used is the pedal assembly and the pushrod off the F-150 master cylinder. The pushrod for the Super Duty is shorter therefore doesn't give full engagement.

    That didn't work well on my '98. It worked, but with high beams, both headlight beams came on together. Lots of light, but bulbs don't last long. I ended up wiring an external relay and it works perfect! But '98's function a little different than '99-'02...

    I haven't tried to do it myself, but I "think" you are unable to make them go all the way down because the bottom of the door is in the way. Have you pulled a door panel to see how the track rides inside the door?

    Replaced Airride - no 4x4low now

    Low range and air ride are not connected. I have removed the air ride from my '98 and it shifts just fine. Remember to have tranny in neutral while depressing the brake pedal to shift into 4x4 low.

    Wrong! F-150 grille drops right in. I swapped a 2000 F-150 grille onto my '98 with absolutely zero issues.

    The F-150 grills fit the 1st gen Expy's without issue. I put a 2000 grille on my '98 and it was an exact fit.

    Mine has clear lenses with black backgrounds so they lenses look smoked, but they are actually clear But as been said, smoke lenses will cut you light output. After all, it is just like putting sunglasses on your headlights.

    I had that same exact issue on my '99. Alternator was the problem. More specifically, voltage regulator, but the alternator is internally regulated.
