What did you do to your expedition today?
Ordered up the clear Ford Lightning style headlights and corners along with all new front bulbs and a Spectre air filter oh and some fuse adapters so I can piggyback onto a fuse in the fuse box to hard wire my dash camera, tired of the outlet being tied up for it.- spud

Rough Country...Montana
I know many in the Jeep world that suggest body lifts for the occasional 4x4'er. You still maintain ride comfort, get to put some larger tires on for added clearance and far less money and mods required.- spud

Complicated 4x4 issue
Well hello guys, here is what took place. We did some road testing (dirt roads that is) we did lots of meter and programmer testing, some internet printing and some cussing, some anger at each other and even resorted to a $20 bet but in the end it is confirmed that I have a spastic GEM module...- spud

Power Window Issue
Well some are gonna laugh at me but today I found out the GEM module can mess with your mind on a lot of items in a vehicle. My main issue was the 4x4 not engaging when I wanted it to but rather would if it decided to allow me to select it. I had some other issues like my drivers side window...- spud

Would love to be able to turn wrenches again. I guess this is the biggest part that kills me is that actually I am not dumb when it comes to vehicles, in fact pretty smart at it. My last toy was a 1995 Impala SS that I worked on myself and tweaked a bit. Life has its ways of stopping ya...- spud

Pillar post cover removal
I am sure everyone but me knows how to get the pillar post on the drivers side off by the windshield so please enlighten me. No screws and I am a bit scared to just start tugging on the cover not knowing if that is the right thing to do. -
Urgent Info on rear end swap
Thank you all, I do not have it back yet but it is in and moved under its own power off the rack so the last little bit of odds and ends can be completed. It is a lot heftier rear end for sure. As for ABS, yes I am sure its nice to keep that functional and maybe there is a way to make it work...- spud

So still have breaks just no ABS feature? If that is the case I can live with that, Im old school and ABS really is nice but I do know how to pump breaks if needed. Maybe later see about changing up whatever is needed to get the ABS back if possible but right now I am just needing to be able...- spud

My expedition is in the shop on the rack as I type, was going to be a simple rebearing of the rear end but once opened it was shot. I have a 8.8 3.55 (H9) in it. I found a 9.75 3.55 (H9) local with low miles from same year make and model just it had the 5.4, mine has the 4.6. Is this a bolt...- spud

Looking for some HOT POWER!
I should have said this is one that is made for inside the vehicle, essentially a dashcam not a back up camera. I just want it for recording what is behind me, never know maybe some beautiful lady is trying to give me her # hahahahaha- spud

Looking for some HOT POWER!
I m needing a 12v power source that comes on with the key inside the back of my Expedition, anyone know of an easy one to get to back there?? I have a dash cam I want to install facing out the back, got one that faces forward as well to install but forward power is easy. Thanks for any help- spud

New tires today
ran on some loose rock and some sand crossing old dried up creek bed and never had to engage the 4x4 just gripped nicely around. So far 400 miles since installed from the drive and still a bit of the little rubber nubs are there, hope that is a good sign of more to come....- spud

How many miles do you have on your Gen 1?
222K small issues here and there, nothing to cry over other than rear end but that was the lube shops that forgot to fill it but claims it all leaked out though no sign of mess on or around rear diff. Have to get it rebuilt.- spud

cylinder 4 misfire mystery/possibilities
Ya Jinxed my ride, lol #3 out of the blue starts misfiring on me tossing up a P030 code on the reader.
