Courtesy Lights/AC issue
I recently changed out the timing chains on my 05 EXPY EB and all runs great, but now the courtsey lights will not come on when trying to turn them on. 05 EB Camshaft/Timing chain "HELP"
So I started working to change the timing chain on my 05 Expy and forgot to clamp down the pass side cam shaft, so when I remover the chain the phaser and cam shaft twisted to the left a bit. Though I had it back but when I turned over the engine (by hand) the shaft now makes a clunk sound... -

05 Expedition E.B. Engine Idle
So my 05 Expedition idle drops from 900-1000 to about 250-400 sometimes lower, I have replaced the fuel filter, all spark plugs and coils, cleaned the throttle body and the MAF, did an engine flush and changed the air filter.
