    Plastidip???

    It's almost like a spray on rubber/plastic coating. It will spray on similar to a spray paint, but the coating once dry will actually peel off if you want. Google it, for the price and reversibility it cannot be beat. And YES it will cover your wheels, about 1 can per wheel usually

    Meh.. I'd have to get my post count up, and mine didn't have OEM DVD, it's only a premium 6 disc changer one.. If it won't work for him, I really don't need to sell the OEM one, just wait to see if someone else can use it, no rush on my end.

    I had one off of ebay as our original worked, but was is horrible shape.. new one worked for awhile, but kept draining the batteries. I then went back to original one with new fob's rubber buttons.. except now it just doesn't work at all. I am tempted to just purchase ANOTHER new one, and hope...

    After market head unit the rear controls will not work, however there is a harness that still allows for the OEM subwoofer to work.. We have rear controls but no OEM dvd player, and I know with new receiver, the rear controls don't do anything anymore..

But I installed a touch screen unit in my wifes Expedition, and the OEM 6disc unit is just sitting in a closet.. If you're interested I'd let it go for pretty cheap...     Wouldn't the computer need flashed for the keypad to work? I'd imagine.. maybe I'll throw a scan tool on it and see if I can find if it has a code programmed already..
