Starting Problem Ideas?
Did you change the starter? Saw you wrote starter "relay" - the starter has a solenoid on it, could be a loose cable to starter/ solenoid slowly going.- nynd

2017 Expy Limited 3000 mile road trip
Definitely a nice write up! I did the same but drove more on the east coast from Buffalo, to South Carolina to Atlanta then Mississippi, St Louis and Cleveland. Truck was exceptional for a large SUV.- nynd
