08 Expy Chewed Wire
I've found the hose. It's a PCV hose I guess. The cracking is just the insulation on the outside. Hose seems fine. As far as that sensor, I really need to get one located. 08 Expy Chewed Wire
Do you have an idea of what that hose is? It's got a part number: FoMoCo 7L3E-6k817 but google cant find anything even close. As far as the sensor, the wires are too short to splice, so I'm needing a part number for that too, if anyone knows it.- Jacobh93

08 Expy Chewed Wire
I have a wire that I'm unsure what it does. Just noticed it when I went to change oil. It's right next to the COPs on the driver side, coming off that harness. No issues whatsoever with the car, so it must be something non-essential. Anyone have ideas? Also, any ideas on keeping mice out...- Jacobh93

2004 shuts off just driving down the road
I will say that I had this exact issue in my 03. The fuse boxes have a 5 relays built into the board. The one for the fuel pump, for some reason, will scorch and slowly break down. Battery drain
Yes, it was a new battery. I did check that bulb, and the one under the hood. The problem was actually a door ajar sensor. I knew it wasn't working, so I was turning off the cabin lights manually. Apparently, even with those lights off, it's pulling power if it thinks the door is ajar. Sprayed...- Jacobh93

Battery drain
Having a battery drain issue on my wife's 03 Expy. If it sits for more than a day, it won't start and needs a charge.
