I have a 1999 5.4 Expedition. It came with the 16 cast wheels. I would like to get another set, one for snow one for summer, but I guess Ford changed the lugs in mid year. How do I know if I have a 12MM or 14 MM offset?

The picture you see is a device that connects to the fuel rails and cleans the injectors. There is a injector cleaning system on EBAY for about $300 right now. It is the same kind that hooks into the fuel rails.
I haven't seen anything new. You can make a homemade rig, like I did for my GTP. This is what it looks like for mine:
This unit threaded onto the schreaver port on the fuel rail and you ran off th can. I haven't played much with the expedition since I started porting my GTP heads.
Has anyone ever used an injector cleaner, not the kind you pour in either. I do my Pontiac by disconnecting a vacuum line which sucks the cleaner in and you shut the car off and let it sit. You start it about 20 minutes later and it blows all the crap out. Anyone do this with the expedition?
I have been doing my own maint. on my 99 5.4 liter but I can't find all the lube points. According to the Chiltons there are like 4 or 5 but I have only been able to find one. How many are there?
I will indeed check. I did do a fluid check, all but the brakes and rear diff. It says it is a sealed system therefore not to change the rear. Besides that I don't know where to get the "additive" by Ford or how much it will be. I bought the vehicle off a deceased old couple.
On my 99 XLT with the 5.4 motor I was able to drain the pan and I also removed a rubber stopper that covered access to the torque converter. After rotating the crank there was a small bolt, like 8mm or so that after undoing drained the converter. This allowed me to do almost a full service.
