    Air Suspension

Darth, I think he must have overlooked the year of your vehicle. The 1997-2002 Expedition had a totally different system on it that the 2003-On. Anyway, be careful on the Monroe kits, as they use chinese springs with their kits. They WILL sag by themselves in a year or so, but do it quicker...

    Air Suspension

Our premium kit consists of Gabriel struts and Eibach springs, so there is no better kit on the market. It comes with instructions how to do the install and an optional "light-out module" (with instructions also) to cancel out all the suspension warnings. This premium kit is on sale right now...

    Rear air ride suspension drop

Good afternoon gentlemen. From what you've described, a couple things come to mind. The very first one is the line union close to the brake master cylinder. The union connects the air line from the front to the back. This little 1 inch piece of plastic will split right down the middle and...

Front Suspension Air Bag to Coil Spring Conversion Kit 4WD

Did you ever find a fix for this? Keep in mind that allot of 1997-2002 Expeditions had 4 wheel air, where the front was the torsion bar assisted by an air shock. You could make a pretty easy set-up to raise & lower the front end. I think that's the only way you'll get a decent ride again.

    Air Suso issues

Yeah, I agree the air suspension conversion kit for an Expedition or Navigator is the ONLY way to go on this vehicle. The only replacement air springs worth having are the New Ford OEM stuff and 4 of those are almost 3k. These 2003-2006 Expedition & Navigator Compressors have a 40% duty...

Air spring not holding air with weight of car...HELP!

Fubar, That's a fairly common problem on the 2003-2006 Expedition & Navigator. Has the front air springs ever been replaced...or removed? Keep in mind the average air spring lifespan is right at the 10 year mark. If they haven't been replaced before and you need to stay with the air, do...

    air suspension problem

When these things kneel, they aren't suppose to go down that much. If it's more than it usually is, you have a leak. This is a very poor design in my opinion and requires the very best quality parts if you stay with the air suspension. I for one, highly recommend doing a spring conversion on a...
