P0500 VSS Fault
Using Forscan software and a OBDII to USB cable, I have a P1000 code that will not reset and a P0500 VSS code. Speedo works, Cruise works, Tranny shifts, OD turns off/on, No ABS lights, No idiot lights of any kind. I think the P0500 code is preventing the completion of the ""drive cycle". Is...- Pappy

Fuel Injector Question
I just changed my intake manifold. The #6 injector electrical connector seal (the little red rubber rectangular thangie) was so swollen that it jumped out of harness when I unplugged it. Is this an indication that the injector is leaking fuel into connector area? Should it be replaced...- Pappy

Intake Replacement
I am in the process of changing my intake manifold. Broke the o-ring flange at the passenger side crossover tube and dumped enough coolant in about 5 miles to overheat. Since the plugs haven't ever been changed, I'm going to replace them and the COPs now, even though I've only got about...- Pappy

OBD II Won't connect.
HELP!!! I went to start my '02 5.4 2wd "Dish" and it just spun over. I turned the key off and back on, she started right up. That was the last time it cranked. I have a Hypertech tuner so I plugged it in to read the codes, got an error message that I don't remember. Can not open computer...- Pappy

HIGH torque build?
I'm thinking about building a 5.4 triton to go into my 02 Dish. I tow a travel trailer some.
