    Rip the CD's to MP3 and play them like others have said. Works great. Leave it inserted all the time, because it does take a second to index. I am not aware of a plug in CD Drive working. The issue would not be it working but handling bouncing down the road. Portable CD Drives for computers...

    Yes. That is what I recommend. You cannot find the Ford Performance plugs anymore, and if you do, they are the new ones, and you need to stay away. If you are tuned, gap them down a bit to .028, vs the out of the box .032.

    2021 don't have the Electronic system that I am aware of. 2022 should have been that change, at least that is my impression.

    Yes, but if in warranty, and not tuned, or towing heavy ALL the time, I would leave it alone. After warranty, go for it.

    Yes, ALL Timberlines have the ELSD with the simulated locker. They are designed for Off road, so that would be needed.

    I am going to put this simply. NOT WORTH IT! Buy a 4th Gen with the Heavy Tow. It is easier. No matter what you upgrade, legally anything above 6000 will be illegal. I am always for airing on the side of capacity. Then you have Payload to consider. An XLT with heavy tow will be the best...
