    My 2000 Expedition V8 repeatedly isn't passing the smog test in California due to Catalytic Converter and Evap "not ready". Any suggestions to help get it to pass? I already put in two different bottles of cat cleaner. Thanks for any suggestions!

    Went to that website (thanks for the tip, I'd never heard of it before) and it did say "With Heavy Duty Trailer Towing". Which still leaves me scratching my head, because the bumper says ""Max Tongue Load 400 lbs." and "Max Gross Trailer Weight 4000 lbs" -- neither of which sounds very heavy duty!

    I have to say, as the owner of a 2000 Eddie Bauer, as far as looks are concerned I really, really like the looks of my Expy and have received compliments about it from passers-by. No doubt the newer models are higher-tech etc. but they can't compete when it comes to appearance IMO!

    Update: The radiator was finally pulled and this is what was found -- apparently the former owner had poured some kind of stop-leak chemical into the radiator and it clogged the whole thing up with a thick, tan-colored gunk.
