    My 2015 had the same exact symptoms at about 120K. I put a bottle of Shudder Fixx into the trans and it was instantly gone. $8.00 at home fix. 15K miles later and still smooth as silk.

    My 2015 just did the same but both switch packs went bad simultaneously. Ordered and replaced the clock spring, easy job, and now both sides work.

    Update: Tried the above suggestion of hitting the column with negative results. Replaced the clock spring, very easy job, and all is now well.

    Both at same time does seem odd. I also don't have an air bag light on and the horn still works so I'm thinking something is getting through the clock spring. I'll check the fuses you mentioned.

    All my steering wheel controls just went out on my 2015 but the horn still works. Anyone know if I should replace the clock spring or just the switches themselves? Thanks

    Hey guys. Thinking about doing this mod to my 2015 EL. It is a Canadian car, an Expedition MAX (AKA EL), with full time DRL's. Was wondering if the LED's will have any issues while running in DRL mode?

    Just picked up the above and it looks like there are LED rings inside the front cup holders but they do not illuminate. The LED floor lighting comes on and is adjustable through the mylink but I can't figure out the cup holders. Any ideas? Thanks
