Upgraded Differential on 2nd Gen?
Hey Guys....and gals. My '03 Expy has open differentials and I'm very interested in upgrading to either a Eaton Truetrac limited slip or a locker. I've done a bit of research and I'm discovering that not many or anyone offers something for the 9.75 IRS rear end. Evidently the rear drive axles...- Vancouver Bob

2003 Expedition Face Lift Begins
After spending months looking at what others have done to their Expeditions I've finally decided to take the leap and go for the lift, bigger wheels and tires, and a new front bumper. Air Conversion Kit for Upgrading Standard Suspension
Does anyone know if an Air Conversion Kit would be a good replacement/upgrade for a standard coil/shock/strut? Reason I ask is because I'm looking to upgrade my suspension and came across this kit from Arnott (C-2293). Looks to the have the Bilstein shocks/struts I'm interested in plus springs...- Vancouver Bob

Stiffer Front Springs
Has any one beefed up their front suspension to accommodate the extra weight of a steel bumper and winch? My first thoughts were...
