    #3? Check for a small coolant leak from around the T. It gets into the coil and injector wells that are perfectly positioned for that to happen. And coolant *never* evaporates so it just sits there until it seeps in and screws up the coil and/or injector.

    15-16 hwy, 11-14 city Slightly lifted, 33's with highway Michelins, regular length, 4wd, 190k mi Try to run E85 if you can find it, at some point it was >$3 less per gallon around here. Makes all the difference. And imho the Flexfuel 5.4 runs better on E85 than gas.

    Probably a real issue since you had stuff wrenched on under the hood, but be aware that the tachometer is mechanical and non-calibrating. It *may* give you a perpetually-off reading (mine reads about -300 from reality). Check with a bluetooth OBD reader for real RPMs.

    I used to have a truck on Monroes (Navigator L = mechanically identical to Expedition EL) and it rode a lot smoother than Expedition on Motorcraft or Rancho... some of it might have been the L/EL thing, but the difference was pretty huge

    Probably the injector. They're like 30 bucks and take just several minutes to swap in your driveway, easier to try first.

    Fits front and midrow interior lights, license plates, top light over rear glass too iirc. Bright & lasts. Technically fits side marker lights on headlamps, but dies in that position for some reason in my experience.

    Monroe ride best Unreplaced stock shocks on trucks more than several years old are GUARANTEED to be screwed if you have ride issues.

    I've seen a truck that was done on in a YouTube video once Imho, gen 3 is a step back design-wise. Gen 3.5 is OK, but the bumpers and especially the headlamps for those are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Btw, don't quote me on this, but aren't the fenders the same?
