1998 Expedition - Misses at low RPM's
If you already did the coils and plugs it is very likely it's a vacuum leak. If you've never replaced any hoses, I'd say I'm 99.9% right... plus i had the same issue.- Richard Gibbs

1997 5.4 Expedition bad misfire...HELP PLEASE!!
i had a similar issue and it was two cracked vacuum hoses... also replaced plugs and boots at same time.- Richard Gibbs
