Rear Differential removal

Heated cooled seats are weak pass dont work at all
My 2003 expedition has heated and cooled seats. The heat and the cool don't work on passenger side but they work on the driver side and there weak not much heat or cool. I looked at fuse box, filter underneath seat and seems fine. When you try the button on PS in doesn't light up. Anyone...- Patrick Kuchirka
