    Havent located a suitable replacement yet for her. I can find plent of 3.73 rear ends at my local yard but they wont work with mine as i have a 3.55 front diff, also my truck was built in 99 and is an odd ball as the 3.55 was only put in the 99 and 2000 model with 12mm studs . Anyway still...

    Well looks like im either gonna have to have it rebuilt or swap both front and rears to match, all i can locate is the 3.73 gear rear ends and that wont work to well with my front 3.55, if i can find a front 3.73 then id like to just swap both for the better ratio oh and yes i have a 2000 model...

    Im thinking its in inner pinion bearing or ring and pinion gear, bad whirling sound at speed, if the axles are the same spline then swapping will be easy

    This is clearly a custom job as he states he had to weld the bolts to the back of the metal. Not a ford factory part could have someone cut it with a laser cutter and have the bolts added. Again this isn’t a ford part as the ford part would be plastic

    If u want to just run 2wd do the brown wire mod and it will disable the A4wd, I did and works great now it works just like a standard set up, with just the three drive modes, I ran an optional switch to the mod so I can have the auto o highway for slick stuff if needed

    I have the factory cd changer if you want one I bought a 2000 Expedition with a new touch screen headunit in it, the factory changer won’t work with it, also the rear sheet should have a u snapped bar that folds down from the seat frame and inserts in a latch built into the floor

    Ok checked the custom offset website, don’t see spacers on there, I don’t want custom wheels , I like my 17s that’s on my vehicle , what type of cost am I looking at for hub centric spacers and where to find them .
