2003 STARTER WON'T CRANK WITHOUT PRESSING DRIVER DOOR UNLOCK ONCE

2003 XLT 5.4 FUEL LEAK WHEN FILLING UP ONLY
When I fill up all the way, there's a profuse gas leak which occurs but ends in a minute or so. Has anyone had first hand experience fixing this yourself and if so were there any parts that needed replacement ? Thanks in advance.- SEPTIC PROFESSOR

2003 XLT 5.4 MANUAL CLIMATE CONTROLS. Just the other day the A/C button on the manual climate control no longer turns on the compressor. Ice cold air on Defrost and Defrost/Floor.
