    I recently took my 2016 in for an oil change. Next time my wife rides in the Expedition she notices her seat belt protector/pad is missing. She doesn’t ride in it every day so wasn’t noticed immediately.

    Paint transfer - suggestions?

    My son decided to open the door while I was pulling into the carport. Rear passenger door now has some paint transfer from one of the supports. Any suggestions for the best way to remove? Thank goodness he pulled the door back in almost immediately and there are no dents.

    2016 EL XLT 4WD - how much is normal bounce/roll?

    We have speed bumps around here. Two rows of bumps that are rounded. How much body roll/fore to aft bounce is expected? Even at low speeds sometimes it feels like I am driving a low rider with hydraulics dancing.
