Lack of acceleration after 1st gear. Clogged cat?

Seat AC works but heat doesn't ?
I'm having similar issues and I've seen this tip a few times but whenever you take the fuse out, should the car be on or off? I imagine that if you take it out while it's off then turn it on it would work but I'd like to be sure- hk_bird
