I seriously messed up
2004 Expy 4.6L. I removed my intake manifold to replace some bad gaskets. I diagrammed which hoses went where but now I've misplaced my diagram (probably threw it away in a fit of rage when cleaning up the garage). Intake Manifold Insulator
2004 4.6l 162,100 miles. I'm replacing the intake manifold gaskets because of a slight leak. When I finally got to remove the intake I found broken plastic pieces. These came from the insulator box. The box crumbled when I removed it. My question is do I need this? What are alternatives to...- Sam Odajima

AC Drain Tube
I have an 04 expedition 4.6L. I have a wet passenger floor board. I dont have a sun roof. I cant find/see the ac drain tube. Does anyone have pictures and some instructions on clearing. I did a search on the forum and I have seen posts that explain it but pictures are no longer available.- Sam Odajima

I was working on an coolant leak in the emtal line that runs to the rear. Took it for a long drive and the line is fixed but when I went back out the best day my expy won't crank. Heater AC Control
I have an 04 expedition. Max AC works well and blows extremely cold. When I change to any other setting besides Max AC it blows warm to hot air into the cabin (both front and rear).
