Yes ford changed it to lv in all transfer cases. I’ve been running it in mine for three years now. It’s especially good for the electronic controlled cases with the AWD clutch packs.

I put the JVC z1000w in my 2014 and while wiring the amps I found a loose radio antenna connector under the fuse box is the passenger kick panel. I think it’s been loose for a while or works it’s way loose. Might want to check that.

The control box for the remote start will be located under the dash on the drivers side. Remove the kick panel and you should see it tucked in on the left. You may also find a little led light and tiny toggle switch hanging there. That would be a Ford remote start. Made by audiovox I think...
I just did the same swap on mine with bilstien 5100 and my factory’s were welded on. Bought a nice set of used standard suspension struts online from a scrap yard for 90$ plus 20$ shipping and had all the parts I needed in 2 days.
