Wrap the fob in aluminum foil. Doesn't allow the 'one-touch entry' feature or starting the vehicle itself.

    2015-2016 Rear Load-Leveling Suspension

How do these mechanical shocks work to adjust for weight? They're actually electrically operated, quite good...and quite expensive to replace.

Drop fuel tank using tie downs?

With an ATV jack or transmission jack (with the tank strapped to those for safety), it can be done. The tank, especially filled as you say, will be extremely unstable as it is longer than most and any fuel sloshing around will amplify that. Getting all the hoses and electrical connections...

    Strange noise

It might also be a loose or deformed lower shield adjacent to the radiator skid plate (there's one on each side). FL1Z-78001A06-A I had one flapping around making a similar noise as the rubbery material loosens up over time and starts slapping the skid plate and other suspension items. New ones...

Gallon of milk in cargo area!

And get one of these (or similar) - https://www.weathertech.com/ford/2017/expedition-expedition-el/cargo-liner/ Looks like it should hold a gallon.

    Key Fob

If the 'intelligent key fob', most times it's just the button actuators that fail. I bought one of these - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B012A3EWYY?th=1. Took the rubber button cover from this new one out and replaced the one in my old fob. Didn't change case or trim (the new case & trim are just...

    Aftermarket tie rod ends

With the TTX, pay attention to the zerk 90-degree fitting alignment when intalling so that you can still get a grease gun attached.

    Aftermarket tie rod ends

The TTX is good stuff. Moog has been a disappointment for a few around here recently.

2012 Expedition LMTD cool/heated seats not working

It could be the module, but more likely be one of the plug-in connectors under the seat. Ford's are notorious for poor connector prongs.

    3.5 EB probs?

Only 'engine' problem I've had with my '17 3.5EB was a leaky vacuum pump gasket around the 130K mark (not severe, but dripped occasionally). Replaced both the pump and gasket just to be safe as it's kind of a bear to get to. Use full synthetic oil for every change (~4,500-5,000 mile interval)...

    Occasional hooting sound.

My 'cute' noise was due to a Ford technician failing to reconnect the air hose to the blow-off valve after a vacuum test. No codes, just 'hooted'.

    Fuel Pump Relay

Found a supposedly new one (pins don't look like they've ever been used) on Ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/274839001595. Part # is actually 8t2t-14b192-aa

Discount Ford Parts - Seat Heater Cushion TED Blower Module

Sometimes those 'plug-in' connectors on the seat elements go to heck due to continuous high-amperage loads, too. Ford is notorious for crappy metals in the pins.

    Tail light guards.

I was looking for a set of these myself for a 2017. No luck yet, unless it was a 'custom'. That photo looks like an early 2000's model, and I have seen these for that generation.

    Swollen Lug Nuts

Pretty common. Local friend with Ford Truck collection fetish has a 21.5 mm impact socket for just such a situation, unless somebody else has gobbed up the nuts too much trying to get them off. Then it might be time for cobalt drill bits and tired arms.

    Oil Leak…

From your photos, it really looks like it's coming from the drain plug area. No visible signs of leaking further up on the pan towards the gasket. It seems that these plastic plugs/o-rings are a problem for some.

Wrench Light when switching to 4x4

Bad solenoid would cause vacuum leak causing the front wheel IWEs to remain engaged in 2WD. Checking would require vacuum gauges, etc. to do any real testing and probably more time than the actual part replacement. Again, use the OEM Motorcraft/Ford product for replacement, not an aftermarket...

Wrench Light when switching to 4x4

Old differential fluid gives you that growling noise when turning, until it warms up. Easy drain and refill (there are proponents of adding 'friction modifier', but the jury is still out on that). Leaking IWE solenoid (or an IWE itself) will cause a vacuum trouble code. Solenoid is a DIY easy...
