I believe they are metal, i had some of the paint flake when I was washing it. I would like to put the running boards that Ford had on the demo Timberline they were showing off.
So I'm jumping in on this as I just replaced the bulbs in my Timberline with LED's, the passenger side went out. Now I get hyperflash on both blinkers. So I need to go to the dealer to have them flash the computer to get rid of the error/program for a LED?
I've had my Timberline for awhile and done quite a few road trips, just recently from Tampa Bay Florida to Tennessee. I have used CarPlay and Apple Maps from day one and I love it in the Expedition. That being said, I haven't used the Ford navigation at all and while I used Google Maps in...
I have had mine for about 5 months and I don't have any complaints about the seats, actually the opposite. But then again I prefer a cushion on the firmer side, but its never struck me as being to firm. Longest I've been in it was 5 hours straight. Compared to my other vehicles, the Timberline...
I've got 1600 miles on my Timberline and haven't run into any of those issues. The only thing I've had a problem with is Apple Car Play not connecting to my phone after it connected to my wife phone and her phone is still in range. Not a huge issue but annoying......only thing I can think is to...
I have an identical Timberline, she's a bute.........what I don't have is a bad ass Israeli Military off-road vehicle! Diggin them both, now I have vehicle envy!
So far I like it a lot, works pretty good but it occasionally doesn’t want to switch from my wife’s phone to my phone. Id say it happens about 1 in 10…..hopefully it gets a firmware update to make it better.
Going on 4 weeks with my Timberline and the 15" screen... I was nervous about the lack of physical buttons/knobs at first but not so much anymore. So far I love it 95% of the time with only a few glitches and minor complaints.
Good
- Screen is huge and very clear. This makes the navigation much...

I'm digging the themed build! I looked at a white one about 6 weeks ago at Brandon Ford in Florida, near Tampa. Very nice looking with the dark orange/reddish trim pieces. Wife didn't like it cause it looks to much the the Sheriff's Office Tahoe's in my county! lol
Karl Flammer Ford has a White...
It definetly sits higher than the other trim levels, I could easily notice a height difference when a 2022 Max was parked next to mine. Whether its because of the 33" tires or a small lift or both I cant say. I think I read somewhere that it has a 1" lift from the factory over the standard...
I had one on order from a local dealership, it was scheduled to go into production at the end of May. I kept reading about people getting their vehicle orders put on chip hold so that starting me looking. Found this Timberline at Al Packer Ford in Palm Beach FL, it was identical to what we had...
