    Towing Capacity for 2014 Limited

    Is it possible to have the HD tow package and not be able to pull 9k? I’m just confused because the VIN decoder shows my GCWR as 12k which only can tow 6600 lbs according to the Ford Towing Guide. Says I need a GCWR of 15k to get 9k towing capacity. Or am I just interpreting this wrong?
