    Yes. Have had three sets, one being the new K03s. They are amazing. Old KOs were really noisy and not very good overall. There is no better than the new K02s. Quite, great in all weather, and look great.

    Heated seats, as far as I know, don’t use the HVAC system to blow hot air, that’s what ventilated seats do. They use heat elements in the seat.

    Everything will bolt up fine and no other items needed. Will bolt up exactly like the plastic one. Obviously just gaskets and that’s it.

    You can Forscan it out. But beware it won’t be cheap to have it replaced. If you are 4wd you have to replace both front and rear axle gears. Pricing would be $3k just for labor if you have 4wd and about half that if your 2nd.

    That could be your problem too. On Raptors I know a common thing to replace is the Cabin Air Filter as it can start to smell.

    What it usually comes down to is mildew building up in the HVAC making that smell. A way to prevent it is to turn off AC about a minute from your final stop, and just run regular air.     Automatic Emergency Braking is on your truck. Believe its standard on all Expeditions. Lane Departure is just an alert and some aid. It will not keep you centered in your lane and I dont even feel the aid.
