    Thanks, but I’m loosing hope. I’m concerned that we’re waiting for a part that may not fix this like your experience. I’m trying to get them to complete a more thorough diagnosis but so far no luck. It’s my understanding that if it’s the APIM they should be able to remove it and plug into it...

    They never told me if there was any codes, I will inquire with the dealership on Monday and see if I can get the code.

    It has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had… I’ve got 4 kids in car seats and we now don’t have a vehicle that can accommodate us. It has been a nightmare.

    They started with just deal with it…too bad… have been escalating with Ford Customer Service. They have offered $60/day for a rental but that doesn’t even get me close to cost for a 7 or 8 passenger vehicle. Would be another $100 a day out of pocket with no end in sight
