    I have same issue. I have been carefully chiseling off the tin jackets on the lugs that won’t budge, so I can get to the actual lug. If/when the actual lug starts to round off, you can try the “chisel torque” method (see attached), where you: place your chisel off-center on the edge of the lug...

    @Deano_1 et al., I’m making a towable camper. Removed all seats except I’m keeping the 3rd row. Cutting out front floor pan so, I can stand up on the ground (tarp protects for weather) and firewall (engine box is bed #1).

    @sjwelds , any issue with bolting the rear wheels directly to the bearing/hub face (as opposed to the brake rotor face), you think? Looks like my wheels would just sit inboard a hair. Less inertia should be good :)

    @bobgriner , it looks like the Grey/Violet (i.e. GY/VT) wire in our factory harness (Connector C240A) is the “mystery feed” from our Smart Junction Box (SJB). See pic.

    W711590-S439 OEM Ford Part Number - Insulator Mount Bolt 2007-2010 Ford Looks like they’re somewhere between 1” and 1.25”. See #14 in diagram. Maybe M26?

    I just discovered that the State of Michigan gives public libraries free access to all automotive technical manuals (includes wiring diagrams). Go to your library and have a librarian pull them up for you. Gold mine!

    How do I remove the dash on a 2007?

    I found it! Hidden bolt wasn’t where I thought it was at all (i.e. yellow circled area). It ended up being another bolt up near the windshield frit on the driver side! I thought for sure that I got em all before, but there was one remaining. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
