No 4x4 after cv axle installation
Forget to connect a vacuum line? Scan it is where I would start. Or you forgot to connect a pigtail and or harness.- holeintheice

2017 Expedition Limited 13K and Torque Converter Shudder?
A little late the the party but the clutches in the converter dry out and chatter. If you put a bottle of Ford Friction Modifier in the transmission fluid, Chatter should go away in about ten miles. 2016 XLT - No Transmission cooler before road trip in 100* heat
Say, same question. I have a 14. Hauling 4k out to Colorado here in 4 weeks for Elk hunting. I see there is a Aux cooler on it. Now if you look where it mounts there looks to be 2 other bigger coolers that could fit in there? Anyone know what a P/N might be to fit in there? Sure i will be ok...- holeintheice

I took my middle seat out and re-installed the bolts as you can see the ground. I'm sure you could do either was as mass production. Just different carpeting.- holeintheice

P0021 and cant fix it. Please help
I would wonder about chains too and worn out arm/guides. Also too don't you think the whole bank would mis? Have you done a relative compression test?- holeintheice

Coolant flush question
Drain and fill. Drive for a day or two and repeat as many times as you want. Or, new parts? Drain it, remove the water pump if you're replacing. Purge air out with vacuum and fill. Will be good as new.- holeintheice

Glitter in oil
Nothing in filter when cut open. Drained oil after 700 miles. Just as glittery. Popping rocker covers off here soon. Not expecting to see anything but maybe it I am luck. Also took sample. Thanks for that.- holeintheice

When should head gaskets be serviced?
drop a scope into cylinder. if piston head is washed at lowest part. bet she is leaking, or do a sniffer test. coolant level full?- holeintheice

I will try that. How does this work? Order and bottle, send in, pay, get a call or? Also no metal in filter. A shop apparently replace chains, followers and lifters. How many? OEM? Not sure. Hope it wasn't hack jobbed.- holeintheice

Bought a 14 EL. Just changed oil for first time. Glittery. Concerned but not. Car fax says followers amd lifters have been done along qith chains. Not sure how many lifter and followers. Or after market chains or not. First EL we owned I had to do all followers and lifts and one cam shaft. Also...- holeintheice
