2003 Exp Steering knock over bumps
You haven't checked the most obvious part, the noise is coming from the sway bar end links. I've replaced them with lifetime replacement units from Napa only to have them fail again a few months later so I went back with OEM Ford units.- bubbadabulldawg

I dropped the headliner down so I could slide the plywood above it. My monitor is a 13" so before I had put the wood up there I traced out the monitor onto the wood and then added about an inch to each side before I cut the wood so when I screwed the monitor to it, it was sandwiched evenly.- bubbadabulldawg

Cheapest place for Replacement TPMS Sensors?
Did you try to have them programmed to the truck? They put out the same 315mHz that the 03-04 sensors do but if you did try and they didn't program. I installed an aftermarket stereo with a harness adapter that plugs into the factory wiring and spliced the switched power off of that to the monitor and as for the sound it came from the stereo to the speakers because the aftermarket stereo had a built in dvd player.- bubbadabulldawg

You were getting 17mph on the highway?! I only get 12.5 on the highway and 9.5/10 around town! 2005 expedition transfer case rebuild
I just replaced mine that had 100k on it and I think was the problem for cracking my transmission for a used one that had only 24k on it for $300. That's cheaper and easier than trying to rebuild one!- bubbadabulldawg
